RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As an online jewelry and watch boutique, we aim to provide a seamless and stress-free shopping experience for our esteemed customers. We strive to ensure that our products meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you might need to return an item. If such a situation arises, we are ready and willing to assist in making the process as smooth as possible.

SCRUNSHIE'S RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

Should you require an exchange, please contact us via email at info@scrunshie.com, and we'll provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Kindly note that we cannot process refunds or replacements beyond three days after the receipt of the product. Should there be any issue with your purchase, please contact us within this three-day period.

We can issue a refund if the returned item is unused and in its original condition.

Exchanges can be facilitated within 30 days of shipment for store credit or a different item. Please note that the product must be returned unused.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Should the unlikely event occur where your item arrives in unsatisfactory condition or is damaged, we are committed to rectifying the issue promptly. To aid in this process, we ask that you provide us with photos of the product via our customer support email.

We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged. Should you receive a damaged order, please contact us within three days of receipt and provide photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will dispatch a new item free of charge.

It's important to note that color discrepancies may occur due to varying screen calibrations across different devices. Thus, there may be slight variations in the color of our products. We endeavor to present our products as accurately as possible on our website and do not offer refunds for color differences.

RETURN / REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS:

All refunds will include the total amount paid for the item, excluding shipping charges, which are non-refundable (14.99 USD standard for all products). Please bear in mind that the cost of return shipping will be borne by you, the customer. We do not provide return labels. For further information, kindly reach us at info@scrunshie.com

ADDRESS ERRORS:

We urge you to verify your address before finalizing your order. If you have entered the wrong address or need to change your product's size/style after your order has been processed, it's unlikely that we can accommodate these changes or offer a refund. In case of any discrepancies, please contact us immediately, so we can attempt to rectify the situation with our warehouse. No refunds will be issued for errors in the provided address.

For instances where we can resend an order, you will be required to cover the re-shipping/restocking fee.

We will not process refunds or resends in the following cases, where the tracking information shows:

a) Incorrect/insufficient Address. b) No Such Number. c) Recipient unknown. d) Refused. e) Unclaimed parcel. f) No secure delivery location. g) Uncleared customs.

ORDERS MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If a shipment is marked as successfully delivered by your domestic postal service to the correct address but has not arrived, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.

In cases where we can resend an order, you will be required to cover the re-shipping/restocking fee.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

At SCRUNSHIE, we also offer custom-made jewelry and watches, allowing you to add a personal touch to your pieces. Each custom product, being a reflection of your unique style and preference, holds a fixed value irrespective of being offered as a free gift or part of a promotion.

Due to the personalization involved, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items, as these are designed specifically for you and cannot be restocked.

In case you purchase a non-customized item along with a custom product, the non-customized item can be returned or exchanged. However, the cost of the custom product will be deducted from the refund amount. This is due to the inherent value and individualized nature of the custom product.

However, slight variations might occur due to the bespoke nature of these products. These subtle differences are not considered defects and are instead a testament to the uniqueness of your custom product.
